Senior Center Design Workshop Yields Valuable Input!

Junior high and high school students on the AV Service Learning Team facilitated our first of three public park design workshops (in addition to school workshops). Around 25 community members attended the workshop, and got down and dirty to hash out and debate various ideas for potential new elements to include in the AV Community Park expansion project. There was a great deal of productive and interesting conversation, and lots of laughter and fun too!

Our next public park design session will take place on Saturday, April 18th, from 11:00am-1:00pm, at the AV Community Park.
